What information do I need to provide?
Please ensure you let us have your requested dates and number of guests in your party, also tell us if you want any added extras such as pool heating or a gas BBQ.
We’ll get back you as soon as we can and provide you with a quote for your stay.
This quote will be fully inclusive of State sales tax, County tourist development tax and cleaning/set-up fees.
If you have requested pool heat or a gas BBQ we will also provide you with a price for this, these can be added on a few days before you arrive so there is no need to pay for these months up front.
If you are happy with the quote and wish to proceed, we will need a deposit and a booking form. We’ll provide payment details at this point and send over the form by email.
What about payments?
We accept payment by:

Bank transfer (easiest by Internet/Digital Banking)

Debit or credit card (we will send you a separate invoice with a secure payment link)

Transfer to our Revolut account
We are happy to quote and accept payment in Pounds (GBP), Euro (EUR), US Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Booking deposit is GBP £150 (or equivalent) per week booked or 20% of total booking cost (whichever is lower).
Once you have paid your deposit we will send you an email to confirm your booking.
What happens next?
Your final payment is due 10 weeks before arrival but you are welcome to make any instalment payments in the meantime. We’ll get in touch just before you final payment is due to remind you.
After that we will be in touch around 2 weeks before you go to send you over villa information and request your refundable security deposit (£350, €400, US$500, CA$550) – this can held on a card or you can make a bank transfer. In any case we always endeavour to refund this within 48 hours of your departure from the villa.
Finally, a few days before you are due to arrive, we’ll send over your door code which will allow you keyless access to the villa.
