That's the whole first step. Just send your dates and we'll take it from there.
What to tell us
Include your requested dates and the number of guests in your party. Let us know if you'd like any extras too, like pool heating or a gas BBQ.
We'll come back to you as soon as we can with a full quote. It's all-inclusive: State sales tax, County tourist development tax, and cleaning and set-up fees are already in the price, so there are no surprises later.
If you've asked for pool heat or a BBQ, we'll quote those separately. They can be added a few days before you arrive, so there's no need to pay for them months ahead.
Happy with the quote? We'll send over a booking form and payment details, and you're on your way.
Paying for your stay
We keep payment flexible. You can pay by:

Bank transfer (easiest via internet or mobile banking)

Debit or credit card, Mastercard and Visa (we'll send a separate invoice with a secure payment link)

Transfer to our Revolut account in any currency
We're happy to quote and take payment in Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CAD).
To secure your dates, the booking deposit is £150 (or equivalent) per week booked, or 20% of the total, whichever is lower. Once it's paid, we'll email your booking confirmation.
What happens next?

10 weeks before arrival: your final payment is due. You're welcome to pay in instalments before then, and we'll send a friendly reminder just before it's due.

About 2 weeks before you travel: we'll send your villa information and request a refundable security deposit (£350, €400, US$500, CA$550), held on a card or paid by bank transfer. We always aim to refund it within 48 hours of your departure.

A few days before arrival: we'll send your door code for keyless access. Then you're all set.
