THE POOL
Any kid will tell you - no holiday to Florida is complete without a pool.
For an early morning splash to shake off the jet lag and wake up, or for a refreshing dip after a hard day at the parks, nothing beats having your own private pool. Our pool is 34 feet long, great for a proper swim and is the longest on Calabay Parc - if you like swimming lengths, this pool is for you.

Our pool deck is accessed from either of two sets of sliding doors in the lounge or kitchen. There is a table and chairs for outdoor eating and loungers for sunbathing. An outdoor fan keeps you cooler on warmer days.

Safety is of utmost importance. We have a safety net/fence and also alarmed doors. You can also see the pool from windows in the kitchen and master bedroom so you can keep an eye on the kids splashing around even if all you want to do is sit and enjoy the air-con.

In the cooler months you can opt for pool heating for maximum comfort... Christmas morning swim anyone? Our gas heater heats the pool quickly and to a warmer temperature than traditional heat pump set-ups.

And...did we mention the view? No rear neighbours and a beautiful sunset - what could be better?
